Position Overview
Our Global Sales and Customer Success team is currently looking for a Sales Force Expert / Business Operations Analyst (f/m/d) to strengthen the team. This position bridges business strategy and technology, defining enterprise solutions that modernize systems and improve processes.
With our remote working model, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or on the move. Of course you can also work at one of our office locations if you wish. The team is distributed globally and works remotely. The position is global.

Our Benefits & Rewards
The primary locations for this opportunity are Germany, India, and UK. The applicable salary ranges for these locations are:
78.300 € – 114.000 EUR (Germany)73.000 Pounds – 100.000 Pounds (UK)
This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Key Responsibilities
You'll help our customers drive digital innovation by:
- Bridging business strategy and technology by defining enterprise strategic solutions that modernize systems, improve processes, and support scalable growth
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions, and production issues reported by end users
- Guiding and advising users in formulating requirements, exploring alternatives, and understanding the implications of new or revised enhancements
- Translating business requirements into creative and effective technical designs that drive operational excellence
- Participating in planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements, contributing to well-informed decision-making
- Creating testing and implementation plans, including user training and documentation to ensure successful deployments
Qualifications
What do you need to realize what matters:
- SFDC Certification (Administration or Business Analyst) is a must
- Strong knowledge of the Global Sales and Customer Success Zone business processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstratable experience in operations for a software company, demonstrating understanding of enterprise environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for global collaboration
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Siemens business processes and software systems
- Ability to customize applications (creating new fields, workflow rules, email alerts, flows, validation rules, profile and permissions management
- SAFe Product Owner certification
