YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and maintain process and training documentation in accordance with BPMN 2.0 using Signavio, and conduct related process trainings * Drive the continuous improvement, global rollout, and operational support of the Engineering Change Management process * Define and implement requirement specifications for process optimizations * Contribute to the development of the global process landscape and support process integrations and system implementations, including SAP and Teamcenter rollouts * Manage and coordinate process optimization projects and maintain a global network of product line, regional, and local process experts in collaboration with internal and external partners.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * A bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering-related field and at least five years of professional experience in engineering and/or business process management * Strong understanding of product development processes, particularly Engineering Change Management * Experience with ERP and PLM systems as well as business platforms within complex enterprise environments * Strong project and process management skills combined with independence, initiative, quality awareness, and solid moderation and presentation abilities * Excellent communication and teamwork skills across functions and organizational levels, openness to innovation and change, willingness to travel up to 20%, and very good business English and/or German

We offer an attractive, performance-based salary aligned with qualifications and professional experience, which may be significantly above the collective agreement (minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on full-time employment is EUR 53.241,02 gross per year).
