What are my responsibilities?
* Support R&D, bids and projects with a system-level operational perspective * Translate operator requirements, constraints and practices into engineering and design input * Contribute to assess impact of operational concepts on vehicle design * Act as Rolling Stock Interface Manager in bids and projects * Coordinate the technical interface clarifications between Rolling Stock and external interface partners * Ensure alignment of system boundaries, functionalities and responsibilities * Coordinate with customers, operators and partners to ensure end-to-end system performance * Identify issues and conflicts relating to external interfaces which could affect the project execution * Verify coherence of schedule links between ME EN activities with EN activities of interface partners * Act as the first escalation level for deviations regarding schedule & scope, and ensure resolution * In coordination with PM & contract manager: negotiate and resolve contractual conflicts and deviations * Coordinate and support verification & validation activities related to external interfaces

What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Extensive experience in metro operations or operator-side system integration * Deep understanding of dependencies between Rolling Stock and external systems * Proven experience in managing complex technical interfaces across organisational boundaries * Strong knowledge of metro operations concepts (GoA2 / GoA4 environments) * Ability to translate between operations, engineering and project management perspectives * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Fluent in English

According to the collective agreement, the gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 67.473,14.Depending on your education and experience, overpayment is possible.
