Your tasks:

Sensing and new quality invoices from the account team and customer portal daily basis
Collect all the invoices which related with quality items
Verify the invoices with counterpart/PIC in quality team
Update and moderate overview master file (excel)
Control lead time of invoice handling (receipt - verify - confirm - payment)

Your profile:

Possible to use MS Excel/Powerpoint
Fluent English/German
Experience of accounting job would be plus
