Your prospective job: You are acting as a Mechanical Engineer for Helicopter Maintenance Design (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth.

Your responsibilities:

• Conducting Maintainability, Ergonomic, and Human Factors analyses to improve maintainability and reduce maintenance-related risks and errors
• Ensuring compliance with maintenance requirements and guidelines through influence on system design and integration
• Developing and assessing alternative design and integration solutions to enhance maintenance efficiency and operational effectiveness
• Supporting the development, validation, and demonstration of maintenance procedures on military helicopters
• Performing Maintenance Time Analyses and investigating maintenance-related incidents to optimize customer support and system performance
• Preparing technical reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications for internal teams and customers
• Leading Human Factors and Maintainability activities, including project management, risk mitigation, subcontractor management, and cross-functional collaboration

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering with a Specialization in Aerospace Engineering or comparable
• Knowledge of ergonomics
• Proficiency in Catia V5
• Knowledge of helicopter systems is a plus
• Fluent English skills
• Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus
