## Flight Test Engineer (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Plan and execute UAV flight tests and campaigns + Design and execute comprehensive test plans + Collaborate closely with software developers and hardware engineers for rapid iterations + Conduct pre-flight, post-flight inspections and maintenance, logging test data and anomalies + Coordinate closely with production, remote pilots, ground crew, software and systems engineers to ensure test readiness + Analyze flight data, prepare test & incident reports, and recommend improvements + Ensure flight readiness, safety and regulatory compliance + Assist in documentation and drafting of manuals, checklists, etc. + Support with campaigns within Germany

QUALIFICATION:

+ Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related field + At least A1/A3 drone license, ideally, A2 + Experience in flying rotary and fixed-wing UAVs both in manual and automatic mode + Practical experience planning and conducting system or flight tests. + Experience with data processing and analysis using tools such as MATLAB or Python + Proficient in English + Driving license class B + Straight communication and ability to give clear and direct feedback + A plus is o experience with flight control systems o knowledge of SORA process + Willingness to travel within Germany
