Your Qualifications * Consulting Excellence: Extensive experience in platform engineering, DevOps and cloud consulting

• with a strong ability to advise clients strategically and technically.

* Strategical & Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical decision-making, guide architecture discussions, and align engineering direction with business goals. * Enterprise Architecture: Deep knowledge of designing and implementing large-scale, resilient platform solutions. * Infrastructure & Automation: Strong hands-on technical foundation in platform automation, cloud security, and observability. * Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and shape strategic technology decisions. * Public Speaking & Thought Leadership: Confident in delivering keynotes, presentations, and engaging with the industry. * Business & Technical Alignment: Ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business objectives. * AI-native: You actively use AI-powered tools (e.g., code assistants, LLM-based workflows) to amplify your productivity and quality, or you're eager to start. * Communication: Ability to break down complex topics and explain them in a way that makes sense to both engineers and customers. * Languages: English and German
