Ihr Profil:

What you'll bring

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Logistics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Around 8–10 years of experience delivering complex automation projects in an operational environment.
Proven experience with international rollouts and modern automation and Operational Technology (OT) solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in German and English.
